Welcome to Cheverly United Methodist Church! We are glad you are here. CUMC is a community church located in the heart of Cheverly Maryland. We are a diverse congregation with a strong sense of community and faith.
Worship Schedule
Sunday 10:00 a.m service:
Join us every Sunday at 10:00 a.m for our traditional worship service on the 4th floor in the Sanctuary.
Sunday 9:45 a.m praise and worship:
For early risers, the praise team that meets at 9:45 a.m to sing and praise in an intimate environment.

Nursery Care: (0-3 years old)
Nursery care is provided during our traditional morning service and is located on the third floor of the church behind Fogle Hall.
Kids Club (4-12 years old)
CUMC provides fun, educational activities for our younger Christians every Sunday from 9:50 - 10:50 where they learn about God, the Bible and much more through stories, games and songs.
Adult Bible Study
Bible studies are available for adults interested in learning and growing together in faith with other members of the community. Current sessions are:
Tuesday mornings: 10:00 a.m to 11:30 a.m - We will be reading and discussing "Seeing Gray, In A World of Black and White"
by Adam Hamilton. We will resume on January 3, 2012
Thursday evenings: will resumeJanuary 12, 2012 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m
"We wll continue with our readings & discussions on "Does Prayer Make a Difference" BY Philip Yancy
